By studying the characteristics of impurity minerals in quartz ore, Keystone screens and combines flotation reagents, implements anti-corrosion measures and modifications to traditional equipment, and optimizes the flotation process. This significantly improves efficiency and yields remarkable results.
Keystone has developed proprietary acid leaching equipment featuring large capacity, rotation, internal heating, and a PTFE lining. We have also developed an exclusive acid leaching formula and unique process parameter and control methods, effectively reducing acid leaching costs while enhancing purity.
Keystone employs specialized ultra-high temperature resistant equipment to ensure continuous production. This process utilizes a highly reactive gas, primarily hydrochloric acid, to activate alkali metal elements within the quartz lattice, causing them to transfer into the gas phase for removal.
